FSG Workbook

This FSG will be the most valuable tool in your flower shop. Our mission was to develop a Floral Selection Guide that provides profitable bouquets that delight our partner florists and their customers alike. Based on the feedback we’ve received from our FSG Florist Advisory Panel, we think you’ll agree that this is our best one yet.

Sympathy Guide • Developed eight new Sympathy Collections, shown in foldout spreads for ease of shopping • Created one item number and SRP for each Sympathy Collection, so that the entire set may be sold and purchased at once • DevelopedDeluxe and Premiumversions of all Sympathy sculpts, large container and vase arrangements Digital FSG • Created a digital version of the Counter Book, Workbook and Sympathy Guide for use on laptops, tablets and smartphones, with the built-in functionality of adding custom notes and prices to every page

To achieve this mission, we made some changes that we think you’ll appreciate: Counter Book • Featured all Deluxe bouquet images wherever possible, increasing the Average Order Value (AOV) of bouquets shown • Reduced the number of categories and included some bouquets in more than one category, to make it easier to point a customer in the right direction • Moved to all-around designs wherever possible, increasing stem counts and Suggested Retail Prices (SRPs) accordingly • Decreased the number of unique Teleflora-codified containers, helping to manage your inventory Workbook • Added Deluxe and Premium images and dimensions to recipes to help designers distinguish between the three versions of an arrangement • Replaced 40cm roses with 50cm roses in all recipes and increased SRPs accordingly • Eliminated all half-stems of flowers and increased SRPs accordingly • Adjusted SRPs upwards as needed to accommodate rising flower, hard goods and labor costs
